and tastes delicious to boot!
I love it when I make something like this that tastes really good, doesn't feel healthy yet you know it is & provides you with good nutrition.
Use dairy free options for the milk and choc chips as needed.

Healthier brownie protein porridge oats |
Recipe for brownie protein porridge- serves 1
-45g oats
-125-150ml milk (depends on how thick you like it)
-1 banana
-1 Tbspn chia/flax seeds
-1 tspn cacao powder
-1 Tbspn nut butter (mix with oats or save for topping)
-1 egg white
-Sprinkling cacao nibs/dark choc chips
optional: some of your favourite protein powder

Directions
Whisk up the egg white in a glass then cook the porridge as
normal but leave out the cacao nibs & egg white until it’s nearly done
cooking, once about 30 seconds from the end add in the egg white and stir
quickly. Serve it up with a sprinkling of cacao nibs & more fruit if
desired.
